Team Assistant Office Management (m|w|d)

The position is full-time (40h/week).

Your tasks:

• Carrying out various administrative tasks in the commercial area in coordination with internal and external interfaces
• Ensuring commercial invoicing and order processing (including the creation, processing and invoicing of orders and other services)
• Telephone processing of customer inquiries and documentation in the data system
• Visitor management and support at events
• Creation of statistics, analyses and presentations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in secretarial/office management and office organization
• Very good self-organization and strong problem-solving skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
