Der schwarze Ring wird in die K\u00fcvette gelegt und gew\u00e4hrleistet so die gleiche Schichtdicke f\u00fcr alle Messungen. Der wei\u00dfe Stempel (Disc) bewirkt den <strong>Ausschluss des Umgebungslichts<\/strong> und bietet gleichzeitig einen normierten Hintergrund. Bei <strong>opaken Proben<\/strong> wie z.B. Cremes, Erdnussbutter etc. streicht man die Probe in die K\u00fcvette.
