Pour <strong>mesurer la couleur des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> avec l&rsquo;Aeros de HunterLab, le produit d&rsquo;un lot est vers\u00e9 plusieurs fois dans une coupelle qui tourne sous le <strong>capteur excentr\u00e9<\/strong> (la taille de la coupelle peut varier en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon disponible). Pendant la rotation, <strong>plusieurs mesures sont effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite<\/strong> et la moyenne est calcul\u00e9e automatiquement. La <strong>surface de mesure<\/strong> inhabituellement <strong>grande<\/strong> qui est ainsi balay\u00e9e permet de reproduire la couleur des aliments avec une grande pr\u00e9cision. Comme cette m\u00e9thode de mesure sans contact est tr\u00e8s conviviale et que les r\u00e9sultats de mesure sont <strong>extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cis et r\u00e9p\u00e9tables<\/strong>, HunterLab recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cette m\u00e9thode pour la <strong>mesure des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>. La manipulation de ce type d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons n&rsquo;est pas compliqu\u00e9e, puisqu&rsquo;il suffit de <strong>remplir<\/strong> un plateau <strong>avec le produit et de le placer sur le plateau tournant<\/strong>. Pour la mesure, le plateau tourne sous le capteur pendant que l&rsquo;appareil <strong>effectue 35 mesures en 5 secondes<\/strong> et en fait la <strong>moyenne<\/strong>. Cela permet de <strong>couvrir<\/strong> une <strong>surface de 177 cm\u00b2<\/strong> et d&rsquo;obtenir une mesure <strong>pr\u00e9cise et r\u00e9p\u00e9table<\/strong> de la couleur du produit.<br \/>Une comparaison avec des mesures interm\u00e9diaires sans flash de mesure garantit que la mesure est insensible \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ambiante pr\u00e9sente.
