Niit\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n <strong>nestem\u00e4isten l\u00e4\u00e4kevalmisteiden,<\/strong> v\u00e4kev\u00f6ityjen <strong>nestem\u00e4isten proteiinien tai mink\u00e4 tahansa sellaisen<\/strong> nesteen <strong>v\u00e4rin laadun<\/strong> m\u00e4\u00e4ritt\u00e4miseen, jolla on taipumus <strong>kellastua<\/strong> l\u00e4ht\u00f6aineidensa <strong>vuoksi<\/strong> tai <strong>prosessin aikana.<\/strong> Niiden arvo on siis l\u00e4\u00e4kkeiden vanhenemisen tai tehokkuuden indikaattori.  <\/p>\n<p>Monissa yrityksiss\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n edelleen visuaalista vertailua EP:n v\u00e4ristandardeihin nestem\u00e4isten l\u00e4\u00e4keliuosten v\u00e4rin luonnehtimiseksi. <strong>T\u00e4m\u00e4 visuaalinen menetelm\u00e4 on kuitenkin hyvin subjektiivinen, riippuu v\u00e4rivertailua suorittavasta ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4st\u00e4 ja sit\u00e4 on vaikea validoida ja dokumentoida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prosessi voidaan kuitenkin hyvin helposti korvata mittaustekniikalla, jossa k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hunterlab.eu\/fi\/vista\/\">Vista-v\u00e4rimittauslaitetta.<\/a> HunterLab-laitteilla voidaan mitata ja n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 v\u00e4ri kolmiulotteisessa L*, a*, b* -v\u00e4riavaruudessa. <strong>Euroopan farmakopean tiukat vaatimukset t\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t tavoitev\u00e4riarvot ja v\u00e4ristandardit on integroitu suoraan ohjelmistoon.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>HunterLab-v\u00e4rimittauslaitteilla <strong>on<\/strong> mahdollista suorittaa my\u00f6s <strong>21 CFR Part 11 -standardin mukainen v\u00e4rinmittaus<\/strong>.
