Joka tapauksessa n\u00e4ytteet tulisi mitata v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n kaksi\u2013viisi kertaa, k\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 n\u00e4ytett\u00e4 tai t\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 laite uudelleen mittausten v\u00e4lill\u00e4, jotta voidaan laskea luotettava <strong>keskiarvo<\/strong>. Kunkin yksitt\u00e4isen mittauksen <strong>standardipoikkeama<\/strong> ja hajonta (hajonta) voidaan lukea laitteesta. <\/p>\n<p>Taulukossa 1 esitet\u00e4\u00e4n <strong>viiden erillisen mittauksen<\/strong> tulokset, jotka ovat <strong>suoritettuja HunterLabin Agera L2 -laitteella<\/strong>. T\u00e4t\u00e4 varten er\u00e4st\u00e4 per\u00e4isin olevia kaurahiutaleita kaadettiin halkaisijaltaan 6 cm:n lasikuvettiin ja <strong>v\u00e4ri mitattiin kuvetin pohjan l\u00e4pi<\/strong>. Mittausten v\u00e4lill\u00e4 kyvetti tyhjennettiin ja t\u00e4ytettiin uudelleen samasta er\u00e4st\u00e4. N\u00e4iden viiden mittauksen perusteella laskettiin lopuksi keskiarvo. Kaikkien viiden tuloksen keskiarvon avulla er\u00e4n v\u00e4ri m\u00e4\u00e4ritettiin lopulta eritt\u00e4in tarkasti, mik\u00e4 n\u00e4kyy selv\u00e4sti pienempin\u00e4 arvoina hajonnan ja keskihajonnan osalta. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mittaus alhaalta kyvettien pohjan l\u00e4pi<\/strong> on erityisen hy\u00f6dyllist\u00e4 pienirakeisille n\u00e4yte-erille tai jauheille, sill\u00e4 t\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavoin saadaan <strong>yhten\u00e4isempi pintarakenne<\/strong> kuin ylh\u00e4\u00e4lt\u00e4 katsottaessa. Lis\u00e4ksi Agera-laitteessa on erityinen sis\u00e4\u00e4nrakennettu <strong>kamera<\/strong>, joka voi ottaa kuvan n\u00e4ytteest\u00e4 sellaisena kuin anturi sen \u201dn\u00e4kee\u201d. Samalla voidaan n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s kuvan RGB-histogrammi.
