The solution<\/strong><\/p>\n

HunterLab recommends the ColorFlex EZ spectrophotometer<\/a> and the use of a special 64 mm optical glass cuvette for measuring the color of pasty dairy products. By measuring the sample from below through the bottom of the glass, you have a perfectly flat measuring surface. The cuvette aperture of the ColorFlex EZ also ensures that the cuvette is always positioned centrally above the aperture. When sufficiently filled, these products are opaque and therefore independent of ambient light<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The measurement is very simple:<\/strong><\/p>\n
